Renowned medical herbalist, Julie Wood will lead a 'Walk and Talk' around the Abbey Gardens' extensive herb garden, exploring the themes of Herbs: a dynamic part of our natural world, good for the planet and good for us; Plants can improve our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing, in so many ways; The Art and Science of Herbal Medicine. This is a FREE EVENT and all are welcome.
